Terms of Service

• Prices shown are based on the package selected and your vehicle size. The price confirmed at checkout is the price payable.
• A booking is only confirmed once your deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation email with a reference number.
• We reserve the right to adjust the price if the vehicle presented differs materially from the details given (for example a larger vehicle or excessive soiling). Any change will be agreed with you before work begins.

• A 50% deposit is taken online to secure your slot.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the valet and can be paid by card or cash.
• Deposits are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

• You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment using the Manage My Booking page.
• Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the deposit being retained to cover the reserved slot.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule (for example due to severe weather or vehicle breakdown), we will offer the next available slot or a full refund of your deposit.

• As a mobile service we need safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it.
• Please remove personal belongings, valuables and child seats where possible before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Work may be postponed if conditions make it unsafe or impossible to deliver a proper finish.

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill using suitable products. If you are not happy with any part of the valet, tell us within 48 hours and we will inspect and, where appropriate, put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

• We are fully insured for the work we carry out.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, defective paintwork, corrosion or faults that become more visible after cleaning.
• Except where caused by our negligence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
